Who We Are
FRC Global is a second-generation, family-owned company with 35 years of history.
Founded by Mark Mattar and known as Fedmet Resources Corporation for 30 years, the company today exemplifies the natural evolution of a business under second-generation family ownership. In 2020, Mark’s three daughters created one cohesive company, FRC Global, by restructuring Fedmet and its sub-brands into one entity. The three sisters — Julianne Lord, Leanne Pate, and Dianne Detwiler — are now the owners and operators of FRC Global, bringing fresh energy and perspectives to the legacy business.
Today the company has offices, agents, or partners in 20 countries around the world.
