Sales Representative
Position Summary
FRC Global is currently looking for a full-time exceptional sales professional to join our team and service the Southeast and South Central USA region including North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia and the surrounding areas. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with current and potential customers to expand market presence and drive sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits and digital communication.
- Work independently from a home-based office with minimal supervision.
- Understand customer needs and align FRC Global’s product offerings accordingly.
- Document all activities using our CRM system.
- Handle full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, order fulfillment, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with inside sales, service techs, and product managers as needed.
- Create case studies for new applications when appropriate.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and help minimize rush/emergency orders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and product teams.
- Track applications and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Stay current on FRC and industry product developments.
- Meet annual goals and stay within budget guidelines.
- Attend annual sales meetings and complete required training.
- Maintain confidentiality and prioritize safety at all times.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years industry experience (operations or sales).
- 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport.
- Fluent in English.

Work Environment
This is a home-based position with travel requirements of 50–70%, depending on the assigned territory.
