Regional Sales Manager - Northeast USA

Position Summary

FRC Global is currently looking for a full-time exceptional sales professional to join our team and servicing the North East Region including Pennsylvania and the surrounding states. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships and creating solutions for current and potential customers to increase FRC value proposition, expand market presence and drive sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers by making appointments and visiting customers in-person and using digital means.
  • Work independently out of a home-based office with minimal direct supervision.
  • Identify customer needs and utilize resources found within FRC Global to bring solutions to the customer with FRC Global’s product line.
  • Communicate weekly through FRC Global’s CRM tool to enter visit reports; opportunities, activity, applications, industry news from meetings and conversations with customers.
  • Complete sales reports, forecasting, expense reports and other reporting requirements in a timely manner meeting required deadlines.
  • Be accountable for the entire sales process:
    • Prospect new opportunities with current and new accounts.
    • Issue quotes and keep quotes current per validity dates stated on the quotes.
    • Obtain customer purchase orders.
    • Interact with inside customer service to ensure orders are correctly entered and the customer's required delivery is met.
    • Coordinate field application service support or product manager support if needed.
    • Be present for product installation and document material installation and application when possible.
  • Create case studies when appropriate for new applications.
  • Working closely with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and avoiding emergency/rush deliveries.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand product opportunities at the customer account, as well as solve any problems at the account.
  • Assist accounting by keeping account receivables in control and communicating any news related to customers financial status immediately.
  • Create annual goals related to sales and personal development and align activities to achieve these goals.
  • Tracking customer current applications and their future goals in order to develop sales strategies and opportunities.
  • Staying informed on new product design and material developments both at FRC and in the marketplace.
  • Understanding all the customers and prospects in the assigned territory and managing travel schedule to be available to customers/prospective customers.
  • Growing sales by selling product trials and showing growth across all customers in the territory in both product and market segments.
  • Understanding competition’s current supply, product availability and pricing levels.
  • Complete required training assignments in FRC Global’s safety training system and Learning Center in allotted time.
  • Stay within allotted expense budget.
  • Participate in annual sales meeting, location of meeting varies.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Most importantly, making safety the highest priority, every day, in every situation.
  • Other duties or tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry (operations or sales)
  • Minimum 2 years in a lead role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams.
  • Able to learn NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP is required.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Have a valid driver's license with a clear record and the ability to obtain a passport.
  • Fluent in English.
