Peter Koslik
Regional Business Manager
Peter started with us in 2003 as a sales manager. Today Peter is the Regional Business Manager for the Canadian sales team. He successfully markets and supports business throughout Canada.
Peter is a Professional Engineer trained in metallurgy and materials science. He has decades of experience in refractories and mechanical equipment marketing to the Canadian Steel Industry.
During his free time, Peter can be found sailing the Great Lakes with his wife Louise and golden retriever Chatham!
Paul Staples
Regional Sales Manager
Paul recently joined our team, and as a Regional Sales Manager, he will help build and strengthen the North.
For 40 years, Paul has provided sales, service and technical support to the Canadian refractories industry. His primary area of expertise is monolithic refractory specialties. He has a wide range of experience with integrated steel, smelting and foundry operations.
During his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his 9 grandchildren and everything the Canadian outdoors has to offer.
Michael Rengifo
Regional Sales Manager and Service Technician
Michael joined the FRC Global team in January 2024. His day-to-day responsibilities include providing sales and service support to clients with technical solutions, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the Quebec region.
Prior to joining FRC Global, Michael earned a degree in business marketing from Dawson College and holds certificates from LaSalle College in transportation logistics. Michael also completed the Secondary Steelmaking Refractories seminar hosted by the Association of Iron & Steel Technology in November 2024. He combines his strategic marketing insight with logistics expertise for his work with FRC Global. He previously worked in high-volume distribution centers, specializing in inbound receiving and outbound shipping logistics.
In his free time, Michael enjoys playing the piano, appreciating Montréal’s rich French culture, and cheering on the Montréal Canadiens. Michael is fluent in both English and French.
